System Requirements:
(Note: these heavily depend on the game you play, but this should give you an estimate)

OS: Windows (In the near feature we will support Mac)
CPU: Core 2 Duo E6850 3.0GHz or better.
RAM: 2GB or more.

We are looking for real gamers that use our emulator to give us feedback about the emulator so we can improve and fix as many bugs as we can. If you would like to apply for beta tester you can mail to beta@playstation3emulator.net and tell us a bit about your gaming experience and why you would like to became beta tester. If you are accepted you will be able to download the beta versions of the emulator before we release them to the public. If you experience any bugs report them at thank you. If you'd like to have your video here too you can mail us and if the video is clear and we think it might help others we will put it up.

You get this error because you don't have Microsoft .NET Framework installed, download it here: http://www.microsoft.com/net install this and the emulator should work fine now!
